Workplace Social Anxiety Disorder
Any tip to get over social anxiety in the work place?
Anxiety Question:
What’s a good tip to get over social anxiety in the work place for newcomers?
The work place is a small intimate office.
Anxiety Answer:
The attitude of co-workers is key for social anxiety.
If they are accepting and supportive of the new employee they can make things a lot easier at first.
However, the new employee can reduce some of the social anxiety and stress by going in early and becoming familiar with the layout and procedures.
I also suggest easing into a new job by taking on various responsibilities gradually.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I've experienced so many wonderful changes!
Once your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD arrived, I mostly listened to it at night, first just when I fell asleep and then all through the night. Eventually I set my stereo to play for about three hours and then turn off by itself. Sometimes I listened to it in the daytime in the background.
I've experienced many wonderful changes. I've seen a drastic decrease in obsessive and addictive thoughts. I can fall asleep right away and enjoy a great sense of calm. At work, I can focus and I'm unfazed by things that would bother me in the past. I'm also not worrying and experiencing those overwhelming and irrational fears anymore, and to top it all off, I'm eating and exercising well!
I think I wasted a lot of time on worry, but not now thanks to your CD!
Thanks again,
