Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I've noticed a great change in myself!
I'm a 22 year old college senior, and despite being achiever, I've had depression and anxiety issues since I was a child which worsened when I got to college.
I've been listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD for about a month in the car, before bed and while I study and I've noticed a great change. I've started to take action on many things and I am taking actions towards law school! In reading cognitive psychology books, I've seen just how destructive negative patterns of thought can be, just by looking at what they did in my life.
Your program has been a long awaited answer to prayer. God has used it to help me see the truth about who he made me to be!
All the best!
