Valerian for Anxiety Disorder
Valerian for anxiety disorder; would it help after the first times?
Anxiety Question:
Valerian drops for anxiety disorder; they helped the first two times. Would they help after a couple of months again, or has the body gotten used to it?
Anxiety Answer:
Valerian, like any substance, can become less effective with frequent use.
The less used, the longer it remains effective in use.
Be careful, valerian is metabolized in the liver and can do damage if used for a prolonged period.
Leave it alone for a month and then use it sparingly when you start again.
Have you tried Kava Kava? It is also good for anxiety disorder.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I passed four tests with flying colors!
Last week I faced a serious deadline of taking and passing four difficult tests to retain my licenses. With the help of your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD, I changed my expectations from getting by to getting over 90% in the tests.
I looked in a mirror into my eyes and repeated some of the affirmations from your CD's, and went into the last two tests with a changed attitude. When the Test Monitor pulled up my test results, my marks were both 92's! What a happy ending to a stress filled few days!
The results make me believe that I can and will apply the same strategy to my sales career with equally good results.
Sincerely, Your Friend
