Treatement for Anxiety Disorder
Can anxiety disorder be easily treated?
Anxiety Question:
Can anxiety disorder be easily treated? If so, how; how long does it usually take, and do the majority of people get treated?
Anxiety Answer:
Most therapists use a combination of medication and behavior modification therapy to treat anxiety disorder.
It is not a quick fix.
The therapy can take months to years and you can always have a spontaneous anxiety attack. The frequency of these attacks is hampered by the drugs though.
This condition can follow you for the rest of your life.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I've tackled my fear of public speaking head on!
I've suffered with anxiety disorder for five years and after I got rid of it the memories still plagued me. In Fall 05, I had to do class presentations for several classes and since I couldn't pass the class without doing them, I decided it was time to get your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD.
As soon as I received the program I listened to it for three hours straight then all night that night and every chance I had for about three days straight, I was desperate! After those three days I felt definite results. My confidence level had risen significantly. I listened to the program every single night without fail and a few times in the day.
I did my first presentation after only listening two times to the program and I did great! NO trembling, NO anxiety, NO panic! It was one the best days of my life. My only fear during my presentation was my anxiety reaction and there was absolutely none!
Thank God!
