Pregnancy and Panic Attacks
Did you suffer form mild panic attacks in early pregnancy?
Anxiety Question:
How many of you ladies have suffered form mild panic attacks in early pregnancy?
My friend suffers from panic attacks and she is normally so relaxed.
It’s not because she is worried about being pregnant as she has been trying for a baby. I was just wondering if anyone else has felt the same way.
Anxiety Answer:
Absolutely!
I've been panicking about everything during my entire pregnancy.
I worry about the baby's health, about whether or not I will bond properly with her, about whether or not I will be able to breastfeed.
It's totally natural to freak out a bit. These hormones that are running wild are no joke.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I've basically quit all my medications!
I have been listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" program every night for six months, and write down my own "affirmation", which is similar to what I heard on your program in style, but more specific to my personal situation.
Every time when I fall into blue, I will read/write my own affirmation. When I can't sleep at night, I get up and use earphones to listen to your program and it helps me to go back to sleep again. I have basically quit all my medications! I do feel much better now, although sometimes, I fall into the blue again. I view this as a chance to develop my own antibody against depression/anxiety.
You are right, right thinking is better than medications, because it will change the foundation of our disease.
Thanks a lot!
