Physical Symptoms of Stress and Anxiety

My doctor attributed the symptoms to stress and anxiety

Anxiety Question:

I am only 22 and I been having some difficulties breathing for the past few days. Then I started getting some chest pains throughout my chest and today its into my shoulder and back and arm. Just little pains here and there every now and then.

On Saturday I went to the ER and they took a cat scan and blood work which came back fine. Yesterday I went to my family doctor and they did an EKG which she said looked fine, too and they attributed the symptoms to stress and anxiety.

I am terrified that I am going to have a heart attack. Could these symptoms really be stress related and lasting this long?

Anxiety Answer:

Yes, you’re perfectly fine.

I’m 32 years old and have been dealing with anxiety, stress and panic attacks since I was under 10 years old.

You need to talk with a counselor and maybe a psychologist.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

My beliefs are changing way down deep!

Just three weeks ago I received your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD after suffering from an anxiety disorder and crippling panic attacks for nearly four years.

I really had reached the point where I felt "managing" was as good as it would get, but your program changed that! After listening twice a day for the last three weeks I FEEL HAPPIER AND MORE RELAXED than I ever believed I would feel again!

In particular, I have really benefited from falling asleep with the program. Bedtime has been when I have tended to be the most vulnerable to an anxiety episode.

My beliefs are changing way down deep where it counts.

I recommend this program to anybody with anxiety!
