New Job - Anxiety Treatment
I'm in a new job and under a lot of stress.
In three weeks I start anxiety treatment...
Anxiety Question:
I recently started a supervisor job and am under a lot of stress. Whenever I get really stressed out, I feel nauseous and eventually throw up (only in the mornings). This isn't the first time I have been anxious to the point of nausea, but now it is happening everyday.
I went to the doctor finally and am supposed to see a psychiatrist in three weeks for anxiety treatment.
Bottom line, how can I deal with the nausea until I see the doctor in three weeks? Are herbal pills the only option now?
Anxiety Answer:
Here's a couple of anxiety treatments to try.
Wake up a bit earlier and do some tough but quick exercise, 50 crunches, and 30 squats. That will calm you and use the adrenaline to start the body.
Camomile tea calms very well with honey.
Listen to some motivational music as you drive in. Have fun preparing a CD with tunes that make you feel good.
When you're away from work, BE away from work. Don’t think, talk or do anything to do with work. Go to the gym, or have a bath, go to the DVD store straight after work, to set your body to leisure time.
