What are your experiences with
medication for Anxiety and Depression?

Anxiety Question:

What are your experiences with medication for Anxiety and Depression and which did you find effective?

I was on Zoloft for about three months (100mg) and it made me so tired throughout the day and didn't really do much for my anxiety.

I've just come off it and am seeing the doctor this week - I was just wanting to hear some personal experiences.

Anxiety Answer:

Throw away the anxiety medicines, take vitamin B complex, and minerals and zinc.

Do running exercises, and do lots of yoga, stand on your head to get blood circulation.

Have plenty of sex and drink lots of water and fruit juices.

Eat no meat, no coke, sugar, or high stimulant diet.

Green tea is a good natural medication for anxiety and depression.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

It's been just over a week and I'm sold!

I just wanted to let you know that your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD which I received a little over a week ago is really helping. I have had long term anxiety that started in an abusive relationship that I ended twelve years ago, and after listening for about a week and a half now, I'm sold!

I still have small attacks and I have energy and an optimistic outlook that I haven't had in so long - really can't remember when!

Thank you so for your program which was there for me when I was at the end of my rope! I'm a different person now and continuing to listen!!

Thank you,
Kim
