Good Medication for Anxiety & Depression
Any good anxiety and depression medications that really work?
Anxiety Question:
Does anyone know of any good anxiety and depression medications that really work? I'm on Prozac and it doesn't work very well.
Anxiety Answer:
Talk with your physician or psychiatrist; there are many new medications for anxiety and depression out there available to try.
You always want to give 3-4 months on a trial though, because it takes that long to get into your system and work, if it is going to.
There are Lexapro, Wellbutrin, Cymbalta, Symbayax, Effexor, to name a few.
Some have anti-anxiety properties too, so talk with your doctor and give them a try.

My self-esteem is soaring right now!
Your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD's have helped me immensely at work. I've made some of my best presentations since absorbing the information from your program and my boss has stated twice now in the last two weeks in front of my peers at meetings how impressed she has been of me over the last two weeks. What a confidence booster! Self-esteem is soaring upward now!
The only way you can get better at things you fear is to just do it more often. I'm finally increasing my confidence level in front of my peers and just relaxing and being myself. Thank You!
