Is it Normal for Anxiety Disorder?

My heart gets fast, I get all aggressive, I feel like I want to hit someone... Is this normal for anxiety disorder sufferers?

Anxiety Question:

I was told I have anxiety disorder after two years of been treated for depression.

I kind of get all weird when I am having an attack. It usually happens when something I have planned does not happen or when my fiancé springs something on me to go somewhere.

My heart gets fast, I get all aggressive, I feel like I want to hit something or someone and sometimes do, I cry and then I give out and it takes about an hour to calm down.

Is this normal for anxiety disorder sufferers?

Anxiety Answer:

If you have Anxiety/Panic Disorder, yes this is normal.

BUT you must see a Doctor/Psychiatrist (if you are not already) to get this under control.

I also have this problem but there are different levels of Anxiety Disorder. You need to discuss this with your Doctor so he can determine treatment/medication for you.

I take anxiety medication which helps me tremendously. You can also try meditating when you feel the anxiety coming on.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

No more anxiety medication needed!

At the time I discovered your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD, I had been suffering from an anxiety disorder and panic attacks for about ten years. I'd been hoping to get off medication, but I just couldn't do it.

About two months ago, I decided to try your program and I can honestly say that it truly works!!!! I started listening to it at night before bed, and within days, I was actually falling asleep easily for the first time in ages and a week or two later, didn't need medications anymore! I haven't had a panic attack since I started this program, nor have I needed any medication!

This program is FABULOUS! Life deals us so many issues that doctors often try to help us with by masking them with meds, but we're not really dealing with the problem at hand, just numbing the pain. Your program helps us to realize that the problem is there, yes, but it can be dealt with by simply changing our way of thinking. I LOVE it!!!

Thank you with all my heart!
