How to Overcome Anxiety Disorder?

How do I overcome anxiety disorder?

Anxiety Question:

How do I overcome anxiety disorder, shyness and agoraphobia without medication?

Anxiety Answer:

You have to be conscious of your fear reactions.

If you fear open spaces, go into open spaces, realize you will probably start to panic, and then take control of your emotions.

Nothing will hurt you.

Repeat for shyness and anxiety inducing situations.

Exposure to that which you fear is the only way to "get over it" without anti anxiety medications.

Eventually as you become accustomed to the situations, you will hopefully feel less anxious or even have the stress and anxiety disappear completely.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

I've tackled my fear of public speaking head on!

I've suffered with anxiety disorder for five years and after I got rid of it the memories still plagued me. In Fall 05, I had to do class presentations for several classes and since I couldn't pass the class without doing them, I decided it was time to get your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD.

As soon as I received the program I listened to it for three hours straight then all night that night and every chance I had for about three days straight, I was desperate! After those three days I felt definite results. My confidence level had risen significantly. I listened to the program every single night without fail and a few times in the day.

I did my first presentation after only listening two times to the program and I did great! NO trembling, NO anxiety, NO panic! It was one the best days of my life. My only fear during my presentation was my anxiety reaction and there was absolutely none!

Thank God!
