I have a pretty bad anxiety disorder and was wondering how other people handle it, what they take, etc.
Anxiety Answer:
Anxiety disorder is something I've always had to fight with.
It has helped me to expose myself to new situations that trigger anxiety attacks. Once I get used to the new situation, I find that I am usually OK with it.
You might look into herbal remedies (available at health food stores). Aromatherapy has also helped me to be calmer and more relaxed. It also might be a good idea to talk with a therapist. Mental health services are usually available at reduced cost in clinics in most communities.

I've tackled my fear of public speaking head on!
I've suffered with anxiety disorder for five years and after I got rid of it the memories still plagued me. In Fall 05, I had to do class presentations for several classes and since I couldn't pass the class without doing them, I decided it was time to get your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD.
