How to Deal with Anxiety Disorder?

How do people deal with anxiety disorder?

Anxiety Question:

I used to have panic attacks and now I just have anxiety issues, usually always being at night time and I won't be able to sleep; does anyone have these sort of problems and if so how do you get your mind off of it?

Anxiety Answer:

I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder and am currently taking Zoloft, which has done wonders for my anxiety. Since I don’t plan on taking this drug forever, I’ve also been in cognitive therapy, which teaches you breathing exercises when you have an anxiety attack.

You may also want to look into Meditation exercises and Yoga. When it would happen to me in my car, I would turn up the volume on the radio and sing my heart out.

I would first try the therapy; there are ways to overcome anxiety disorder.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

I passed four tests with flying colors!

Last week I faced a serious deadline of taking and passing four difficult tests to retain my licenses. With the help of your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD, I changed my expectations from getting by to getting over 90% in the tests.

I looked in a mirror into my eyes and repeated some of the affirmations from your CD's, and went into the last two tests with a changed attitude. When the Test Monitor pulled up my test results, my marks were both 92's! What a happy ending to a stress filled few days!

The results make me believe that I can and will apply the same strategy to my sales career with equally good results.

Sincerely, Your Friend
