Holidays Cause Anxiety
Can holidays cause anxiety?
Anxiety Question:
Do holidays like Father’s Day and Mother’s Day cause anyone else anxiety?
Anxiety Answer:
Yes, they do cause anxiety.
I would prefer not to get anything and not to give anything.
It puts children in the position of monetarily showing love for their parents and that is just not fair. If you cannot afford a large expensive gift than you must love that respective parent less.
Or then there are the parents who request specific things. Someone I know requests things like new refrigerators and dishwashers and such for Mother’s day. It is just awful!

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
Your program has provided the best result for me!
I have suffered from panic attacks, anxiety and depression for many years and read a lot of self help books and bought a lot of programs. I was my own personal doctor, I went to a psychiatrist which was absolutely no good and tried other tapes and videos that did nothing for me.
When I discovered your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD, it was exactly what I felt I needed.
Your programs represent the best value and the best response that I have had so far. I feel a lot better, a lot more confident, and a lot stronger. This is truly no lie. I've learned a lot of things from the other places, but this program has done something to me. It has definitely helped me a lot!
Thank you!
