I am seeing a psychologist but I still feel nervous, anxious and worried about everything and sometimes I feel like I’m going to snap and loose it which scares me but they say that is just the anxiety too.
Anxiety Answer:
I've had Generalized Anxiety Disorder for a number of years and for about three years I did not have the health insurance to see a doctor so I was on my own. So through some of my worst anxiety I had to do it on my own. I recommend having someone who is supportive whether it is family, friends, or a therapist.
There are lots of books out there to help with anxiety. Try going to the library flip through some and see if any catch your eye. A lot of them can give you advice on how to calm your self in a situation.
There are also herbs out there for anxiety. Although it's no miracle cure, some of them can help you to relax so you're not so tense. I took one called htp5 and for calming me it worked the best. Also it never gave me any side effects like meds did.
