Help for Anxiety and Panic Attacks

How can I stand my panic attacks without medication?

Anxiety Question:

I have an anxiety disorder; does any one know how to help me stand my panic attacks without medication?

I have been trying breathing exercises, and it worked for the first few attacks, but now it’s not as great.

Anxiety Answer:

I find that I have my anxiety attacks at the most inopportune times but it helps me to find one thing to focus on when it hits me.

Just try to make sure that you have someone you trust with you when you’re out and about. This will help sometimes.
