Help for Anxiety & Depression

Anxiety and depression are taking over my life...

Anxiety Question:

Anxiety and depression are taking over my life. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to help with this? I am on meds for it and still can't seem to get out from underneath it all.

I am to the point where it seems like life is never going to get better and I don't know how to turn things around; can anyone help me out?

Anxiety Answer:

There must be things in your life keeping you from achieving inner peace. Some issues in life we encounter are difficult to deal with and at times we need to admit there is nothing we can do about it and must put them behind us and move on. It’s not easy but it will allow you space for that inner peace and help to lift your depression and banish your anxiety.

I often feel that society demands the quick fix approach to our emotional troubles, when really being able to talk about them without fear of judgment is more therapeutic.

Find someone you can talk to who can help you journey through this painful part of the road that you are facing.

Let The Changes Begin Today

"If you have been anxious for a long time you are facing a major change. Big changes require a lot of support. Many feel embarrassed about their problem and don't reach out for the support available. Some people try to be strong and independent and do this alone. In the past, you may have not had enough support available or maybe those who supported you were not generous with their compassion or may not have possessed the skills to help. As of today, all of that changes."
