How to Help with Anxiety & Panic Attacks?

I don’t know what to do when my friend gets an anxiety attack.

Anxiety Question:

My friend suffers pretty bad from anxiety attacks. She starts sweating and shaking, and I don’t know what to do. I try to calm her down, but I’m not sure what to do. What can I do to help?

Anxiety Answer:

Your friend can help you to help her. I'm sure she has had anxiety attacks when you are not around; ask her what makes her calm.

Focus her mind elsewhere to a place you two have had fun, talk to her and keep talking until you feel she is calming down.

If you live in the states you can get Kava. If you can’t get that - St Johns Wort is also great for anxiety disorder.

I would like to mention also if this isn't taken care of, she will just get worse and depression will set in and this is the trail of mental illness. Get her to a doctor and demand this is taken care of.
