Other proven ways to lessen anxiety, is to exercise (doesn't have to be full blown going to gym things), like a brisk walk for a mile.
Make sure your eating habits are good; try to cut as much caffeine out as possible.
Chamomile tea is excellent for helping, although some people don't like hot tea.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
Not a single panic attack in nearly three weeks!
I have to admit, I was quite skeptical when I saw the ads for these programs, but I decided it was worth taking the chance, so I ordered the "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD!
The first time I listened to it, I wondered how such simple statements could make such a profound change, and laughed a little at the different inflections. Today I'm admitting that I was wrong. I haven't had a single panic attack in nearly three weeks! My attitude is better and I'm procrastinating less!
I have recommended your program to a friend who needs it even more than I. I hope she will believe me and order her own copy, because there's no way I'm giving up mine!
