Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Depression
I have had Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and depression for many years now...
Anxiety Question:
I have had Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD) and depression for many years now. I have been on medications that do work but they decrease my libido, my sexual desire, and that has deteriorated my relationship with my husband.
Does anyone know of a better medication or alternative methods that I can?
Anxiety Answer:
I have had depression since I was 14.
I have found that eating food without chemicals and exercising are very important in managing the problem.
I have also found acupuncture to be very useful.
My depression is worse in the winter, and so I use a S.A.D. light in the mornings which help. Now I only need to be on anxiety and depression medications when I am going through extreme stress.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I've experienced so many wonderful changes!
Once your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD arrived, I mostly listened to it at night, first just when I fell asleep and then all through the night. Eventually I set my stereo to play for about three hours and then turn off by itself. Sometimes I listened to it in the daytime in the background.
I've experienced many wonderful changes. I've seen a drastic decrease in obsessive and addictive thoughts. I can fall asleep right away and enjoy a great sense of calm. At work, I can focus and I'm unfazed by things that would bother me in the past. I'm also not worrying and experiencing those overwhelming and irrational fears anymore, and to top it all off, I'm eating and exercising well!
I think I wasted a lot of time on worry, but not now thanks to your CD!
Thanks again,
