How can I ease stress and anxiety on a first date?

Anxiety Question:

How can I ease stress and anxiety on a first date? Other than drinking a couple of beers before meeting him? (Which is what I do now)

Anxiety Answer:

First dates are always the worst but I've found it helps to simply admit to your date early on that you’re really nervous.

Most times you find out that they are also dealing with stress and anxiety and the more you talk about it together the less nervous you both will be.
