Reduce your intake of Refined Sugars! Do not drink soda or beverages that have caffeine in them. Do not eat more than you need, try to cut out the chocolate.

Try meditation (it does not work for everyone). Try color therapy (green usually cams down). Drink chamomile tea and valerian tea (helps a lot).

And remember: YOU CANNOT DIE FROM A PANIC ATTACK!
