Difference between Anxiety & Depression
What is the difference between anxiety and depression?
Anxiety Question:
What is the difference between anxiety and depression?
Anxiety Answer:
I think that the differences between anxiety and depression are as follows:
Anxiety = Is when you're supper worried about something; whether it's going to happen or not.
Depression = Is when you're SO apathetic that you're not really even worried; because you can't envision a solution to (whatever is the problem)
Hope this clarified it some for you.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I am now cured!
When I first bought your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" tapes I had suffered 20+ years of pain and ill-health due to anxiety. Your programs cured me - along with a very peculiar diet I am doing called the Primal Diet. I had tried subliminal self-hypnosis tapes before and they were useless. Once I realized your tapes were inspired by Lozanov I was a lot more convinced of the science behind it, especially when I read that they were not subliminal.
I was VERY surprised indeed to find that your tapes actually worked. I used them for 11 months every single day before going to sleep and felt a lot better, but still seemed to be not quite "on the ball". Once I started using the programs only a few times a week, my concentration levels soared and I am now cured! I guess I just needed to give my brain a bit of a rest.
Thank you!
