Anxiety Disorder Symptom
Do derealization and depersonalization symptoms of anxiety and panic disorder?
Anxiety Question:
Does anyone ever get the derealization and depersonalization feelings with their anxiety and panic disorder?
Anxiety Answer:
Yes.
The depersonalization isn't as bad as it was, mainly because my anxiety disorder is more social than anything, so the alienation and not feeling human or even *like anyone* really doesn’t hit home until I am out, around folks and realize how much I *don't* fit in.
The derealization is still an issue.
Feeling like you're not there, feeling the air around you pass through you, seems like an ok trip until you keep stubbing your toe and knocking your arms against the walls you could have sworn you just walked through.

My beliefs are changing way down deep!
Just three weeks ago I received your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD after suffering from an anxiety disorder and crippling panic attacks for nearly four years.
I really had reached the point where I felt "managing" was as good as it would get, but your program changed that! After listening twice a day for the last three weeks I FEEL HAPPIER AND MORE RELAXED than I ever believed I would feel again!
In particular, I have really benefited from falling asleep with the program. Bedtime has been when I have tended to be the most vulnerable to an anxiety episode.
My beliefs are changing way down deep where it counts.
I recommend this program to anybody with anxiety!
