College Stress and Anxiety

I am leaving for college and dealing with stress and anxiety...

Anxiety Question:

I am leaving for college in two days and dealing with stress and anxiety!

Does anyone out there know what I'm going through? I need some advice about everything. What do I need to bring, what to expect, do the guys treat you differently, if so how? Any advice will help me out tremendously.

Anxiety Answer:

College stress and anxiety is perfectly normal. In fact, it would not be normal if one was NOT anxious!

Going to college is a huge life change. It may be the first time in many students' lives that they are a significant distance away from their family and childhood friends.

They are on their own in a physical sense in a new physical location, not clear on what to expect. There are new opportunities, new consequences, and new rewards.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

I'm feeling so much better and relaxed!

Before I found your program, I was desperate for help with my anxiety and panic attacks. After a few months, I've been listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD every day - sometimes as much as two or three times a day!

After a week I started feeling so relaxed and so much better! I thought I would never feel able to do things I wanted to do, but with the help of this program I am!

I just came back from a three day trip which involved me taking a flight to see a friend - something I never thought I'd do in a million years!

I am proud of myself and it's all thanks to this program!

Thank you again for your help,
Best Wishes, Freda
