How to Deal with Separation Anxiety?
My baby has separation anxiety; how do I get things done?
Anxiety Question:
My baby has separation anxiety; how do I get things done?
Anxiety Answer:
Get a sling. They make convertible ones that you can wear both on your front and your back. She could face you or away from you.
I don't think I could have made it without mine for my son. He hated being put down for several months and I was stuck listening to him cry or picking him up again.
Eventually he grew out of the separation anxiety, and so will your daughter.
It's better to let some things take their natural course than to try to force a change on the child.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
My life keeps getting better and better!
Where do I begin??? I own all of your programs pretty much, but I think it was curiosity that sold me on the first program - "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety". I knew from education and my own studies the power of affirmations and repetition. I would wake up in the morning feeling different. My life got better and better, so I bought more programs!
Today I'm happy all the time, I smile more, I believe I can make a positive impact in any situation, I've lost weight, I've joined a gym and enjoy my yoga class. I am happy with my life and I don't know what more any program could do. When I tell people how I listen every night, they seem skeptical, but people were skeptical of the telephone and television too at one time!
Thank you!
