Anxiety Treatment for Nausea

I have anxiety disorder and my worst symptom is nausea...

Anxiety Question:

I have anxiety disorder and my worst symptom is nausea; is there a medication to cure only this?

I do not take medication for the anxiety disorder; I can handle the battle in my head it’s just the nausea panic attacks that kill me.
I usually get them when I get overexcited and when I eat, it just feels suddenly like I’m going to vomit, and the room seems to close on me and I have to run to the bathroom. I don’t usually throw up, just gag.

Does anyone know of relaxation techniques or an anxiety treatment, relief or cure that is not medication? I do not like to be on medication and I only want to get rid of the nauseous feeling.

Anxiety Answer:

I’d be curious to know what is causing the anxiety disorder.

With most anxiety there is an increase in heart rate and an increase in the metabolism often with unpleasant side effects (insulin problems, nausea, and dizziness from dehydration).

For anxiety treatment and relief, I’d say try a fruit drink or bottled water (non-mineral water can increase that nausea feeling).

Also try to avoid anything too cold!

Don't Focus On Small Mistakes

"As I have said before, what is the alternative? Do you want to feel like you feel today for the rest of your life? Life is too short. Life has too many fun things for you to do besides being caught up in social anxiety worries all day. Take a look outside. Is it sunny and beautiful or rainy and calming? We are all a very small part of a HUGE world. Let's not be so serious about focusing/dwelling on the small mistakes that we make our own nervous feelings."
