Anxiety Treatment for Doctor Visit
When I go to the doctor, I get anxiety attack...
Anxiety Question:
I'm 55, female, and when I go to the doctor's, and blood pressure is taken, I get anxiety and it shoots up.
As soon as I leave the doctor's office I'm fine.
Any help for anxiety treatment?
Anxiety Answer:
Deep breathing is a good anxiety relief: counting in for a count of six and out for a count of four - this is a good technique for calming yourself and your heart as it regulates your intake of CO2 and gives you something else to concentrate on.
Rescue Remedy is also fantastic if you need an immediate anxiety treatment - I swear by it in any stressful situation!

Dealing with Anxiety Advice
I'm so much calmer now
Prior to listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD, I was really anxious and worried about my situation. I had quit my job and I had just given my two-week notice. I had tried to cure my anxiety with books and other programs, but still felt anxious.
After just two weeks of listening to your CD every morning and night, I began to feel a real difference! Not only has everything turned out exactly as I hoped, but every day I feel a lot calmer and free of worries! The positive affirmations on the CD replaced the thoughts that always caused me to worry. Thank you!
