Muscle Twitches - Anxiety Symptoms?

I get muscle twitches and my doctor said it's anxiety.

I get these muscle twitches all over my body and when I finally went to the doctor he brought up anxiety. I did some research online and I believe I suffer from anxiety disorder, but would these muscle twitches be an anxiety symptom?
