Stress and Anxiety from PMS

I guess my temper, stress and anxiety are PMS...

Anxiety Question:

My temper, stress and anxiety are really bad for two weeks out of four. I guess it’s PMS.

Has anyone had any success with health shop medication?

I would suggest Oil of Evening Primrose, but it takes around three months to get any benefit.

Try Vitamin B6 or a B complex tablet and a magnesium supplement for quicker results to relieve the stress and anxiety.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

I'm driving on my own again - even out of town!

I have been listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD for a year now overnight and also during the day whilst studying.
I noticed a change in my severe panic disorder within the first two weeks. I'm having less panic attacks and they're nowhere near as severe! I'm also
