Yes and no.

My daughter has anxiety disorder attacks and needed medication.

I'm driving on my own again - even out of town!

I have been listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD for a year now overnight and also during the day whilst studying.
I noticed a change in my severe panic disorder within the first two weeks. I'm having less panic attacks and they're nowhere near as severe! I'm also
able to leave my house again without having a panic attack and I even began to drive again by myself - even out of town!

I still have panic attacks but I continue to use your program and I still continue to make progress. So thank again for giving me back my life and for giving me hope that I can again soon have a normal life.
