Who knows the cure for anxiety disorder?

I have had anxiety disorder for almost three years. I feel okay when I’m taking drugs from my neurologist, but only a few weeks after, my panic attacks will again torture me. I feel the symptoms of having a heart attack and stroke.

I have consulted several doctors, but after examination, they refer me to neurologist.

Anxiety Answer:

Please go see a therapist who is knowledgeable about anxiety disorders.

There are many different anti anxiety medications that will help.

Also, talk therapy is good.

Your neurologist is good for headaches and the like but your attacks are a much different thing. I know because I have been there and am still on anxiety meds.

I would be remiss in not telling you how much a part of my life you have been.

I started listening to your program after a vertigo attack landed me in the emergency room at our local hospital. Your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD's have become a daily companion for several years.

The program's message of personal courage in the face of adversity has been my greatest inspiration. I began to tell people about this program in poetry form and then developed the courage to submit them to a local Florida newspaper that publishes them monthly! Not too long ago, one appeared on the front page!
