Anxiety Disorder and Disassociation

Anxiety Question:
I have anxiety disorder.
When I have panic attacks, I definitely have the whole "out of reality" feeling & I know that's a normal symptom. But even when I'm not having an attack, I still have a slight feeling of disassociation several times throughout the day.
Anyone else experience this? How do you deal with it? What do you do to feel better?
I have already seen a doctor. I take medication for panic attacks, but medication doesn't relieve everything all of the time. Just wondering what others who have this & understand do to cope.
Anxiety Answer:
I have been on a prescription medicine called Luvox (Fluvoxamine) 150mg per day. I take 100mg in the morning and the other 50mg at night. I no longer suffer from Panic Attacks.
I do have anxiety from time-to-time, and sometimes feel a panic attack coming but they usually do not become full-blown.
Since I started to take the Luvox (about 7 years ago) those feelings of disassociation have desisted.
My suggestion is to find a Doctor who specializes in anxiety disorders.
