and Body Temperature

My body temperature increase when I’m anxious or depressed...

Anxiety Question:

Why do I feel my body temperature increase whenever I’m under a lot of anxiety or depressed?

Anxiety Answer:

Your body temperature does not actually increase (probably).

This is an anxiety reaction.

You probably feel it first on the back of your neck or in your face.

A good way to reduce this temporarily is to stand up and stretch, or take a quick walk.
