Anxiety Attacks - Military Discharge

Will my anxiety attacks cause me to be
discharged from military service?

Anxiety Question:

Will my anxiety attacks cause me to be discharged from military service?

Anxiety Answer:

I do believe it is possible to stay in the army with anxiety attacks depending on what your MOS or CMF is.

If you are combat arms like I was, then no, obviously not.

However, if you are a supply specialist, or a quartermaster or something of that nature, you may be able to get a waiver for your anxiety attacks.

Believe That You Can And Will Find Happiness

"First I'll share my story with you. I want to provide you with a "real-life" account so that you can relate to my experience. Also, you'll see that stress and associated conditions such as depression, anxiety, worry, panic etc. can be beaten. And if, as I did many times during those five years, you feel that all seems lost and against you, then I can promise you there is hope. You can and will find happiness."
