Anxiety Attacks at Work

Have you ever had an anxiety attack at work?

Anxiety Question:

Have you ever had an anxiety attack at work? How do you overcome it?

My boss has it out for me but I can't just quit this job. A lot is riding on me staying with it and I need to find a way to deal with this for another month or so.

Anxiety Answer:

I got on prescription medication for anxiety attacks.

If you don't want a prescription, I would suggest utilizing your lunch and break periods VERY effectively. Just GET OUT OF THE OFFICE even if it is for 10 minutes or so.

After work, don't ALLOW it to bother you, even if you actually have to say to yourself as you are leaving the building, "Okay, all this crap is staying here I am not going to let it affect me outside of this place."
