Anxiety & Depression - Always Together?

Do anxiety and depression go hand-in-hand?

Anxiety Question:

Do anxiety and depression go hand-in-hand?

Anxiety Answer:

One may have just anxiety.

One may have just depression.

Or one might have both anxiety and depression.

It's not infrequent to see both simultaneously, but doesn't have to be both.

Everyone is different, and even for the same person, different bouts with problems aren't necessarily the same from one time to the next. There are many variations.

Use Your Intelligence To Conquer Anxiety

"In my counseling practice and in my public speaking seminars, I have discovered many interesting things about people with high anxiety levels. For instance, people with high levels of anxiety tend to be above average in intelligence. As you'll learn in my Calming Words program, you can use that intelligence to keep your anxiety going. Or you can use it positively to eliminate anxiety's negative effects on your life."
