If you have feelings of anxiety and depression, go to your doctor. If your doctor won't put you on anything, ask for help in how to deal with anxiety and depression.

I'm a severe depressive. I've been medicated off and on for eight years. It runs in my family (something you might want to check out as I've discovered it can be passed down) and we've all been diagnosed.

My fears have greatly lessened!

Before I started listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" program, I was in a terrible state not wanting to leave the house. Even going into the local supermarket was an ordeal for me!
