Anti Anxiety Medication and Pregnancy

With my first pregnancy my doctor prescribed anti anxiety medication...

Anxiety Question:

With my first pregnancy my doctor prescribed anti anxiety medication because I have horrible panic attacks.

My baby was very healthy but now I am reading more things saying that it’s not okay.

I haven’t asked my new doctor yet, but has anyone else experienced this or know someone who has taken them throughout pregnancy?

Anxiety Answer:

I got the baby blues every time with my kids at around seven months.

I would have bad anxiety attacks and bad depression.

I have three healthy babies that are just fine.

Doctors only prescribe the anti anxiety medications that they know are safe. With everything there are risks, but having panic attacks and depression during pregnancy also have darker, scarier side affects.

Dealing with Anxiety Advice

Almost completely cured of stage fright!

Music is my hobby and I play keyboards and organ in my church's band. The problem "was" that I had a real bad case of stage fright, and I had tried everything to get rid of it. I tried books, drugs (legal ones!) and other programs, but nothing really worked until I started listening to your "Dissolving Panic and Anxiety" CD!

It didn't happen over night, and I would say I am 90% cured, but the difference is unbelievable. I just listen to your CD on very low volume with headphones when I am working on my computer.

I believe God is working miracles through this program.

You have made a believer out of me. I am going to keep using your program until I am cured 100%!

Thanks,
Don
