Airplane Stress and Anxiety

How to cope with stress and anxiety on a plane?

Anxiety Question:

What’s a good quick way to cope with stress and anxiety on a plane?

Anxiety Answer:

I used to be extremely scared of flying in an airplane (to the point where I was hyperventilating).

I finally conquered my stress and anxiety by flying in the cockpit of an aircraft with three experienced pilots as they explained to me the safeguards in place.

The hours upon hours of training and certification they had really put my mind at ease.

Also, I took some Dramamine.

Fear of flying, at least in my case, went away over time and now I enjoy it. No Dramamine needed!
